Financial intermediary SRO

Only those who comply with the laws and regulations of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA may operate as financial service providers in Switzerland. Our company, PAYREXX AG, is a member of a self-regulatory organization for financial intermediaries(SRO VQF, Zug) and is regulated by it. We are therefore subject to a set of defined regulations. In addition, we are audited by external auditors on an annual basis.

As a subordinated financial intermediary, we are authorized by the AMLA Control Authority to provide electronic payment transactions and related services.
