How do I create Una cuenta?
You can create a free signup.payrexx.com account.
Afterwards, you must complete setting up and verifying your account. This guide explains the key steps.
How quickly does support respond?
We usually respond to a written support request within one day. If you have a Pro subscription, you can also call our Swiss telephone support at +41 33 550 00 10.
Which payment methods are available?
All payment methods are available through a single contract with Payrexx. With a Payrexx account, all relevant payment methods in Switzerland are available: TWINT, Mastercard, Visa, PostFinance, Reka, Centi, Bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and more.

When and how will I receive my payouts?
By default, you will receive your payouts weekly. Upon request, we also offer a daily or monthly payout interval. Your money will be transferred to your IBAN account.

How can I upgrade my account?
In your administration, in the settings, under "Plan & Billing", you can change your current subscription and check the status of your plan.
